Physical Therapy in Glendale for Lower Back

Sit on a ball with your feet and knees together.  Breathe with the diaphragm and your inner unit activated.

Lift your right arm overhead and then lower it. Switch to the left and repeat. 

Try to stay relaxed but don't let the ball move or your hips shift.
